sophia williams is a Filipina-American cinematographer with a passion for telling stories of the underrepresented and often overlooked individual. her passions enlists her to create slice-of-life films that highlight the true, deglamorized everyday American experience.

she was recently selected as apart of Issa Rae's Color Creative Program.

in addition to shooting, sophia primarily works within the lighting department.
